To make a booking, please contact us by phone or through our online enquiry form so we can check availability and confirm the price for your hire. We’re always happy to advise on the most suitable equipment, and our packages can be adjusted if you need to add extra items.

Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. For orders under £750, full payment is required to confirm the booking. For orders over £750, a 50% deposit can be paid to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. Bookings made within 14 days of the event date require payment in full. Payment can be made by bank transfer or securely through our online Hire Shop.

Damage Deposit

A £200 refundable damage deposit is required for equipment hires and can be paid when the equipment is collected or delivered. The deposit covers the complete hire package and will be refunded once all equipment has been returned in the same condition in which it was supplied. If equipment is lost, stolen or damaged while in your possession, the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from the deposit.

Delivery & Setup

Local delivery within Exeter is £30 each way. Delivery outside Exeter is quoted according to distance and equipment required.

We can also provide a setup service, arranging and testing the equipment at your venue so everything is ready to use. Setup prices start from £45, plus delivery and collection. Please contact us for a quote.
